The Thirteenth.    Zai'ra is a hybrid from the Thirteenth. His memories of his time there are fuzzy at best, as he fell into the interdimensional rift when the Flood of Darkness took his world. Now he's an accomplished Black Mage on the Source and enjoys learning about Mhach, having taken up both fields of study to learn more of his possible origins, anything to know of what was once home. If your character is a Black Mage, studies Mhach, or is voidsent, perhaps they've run into this fella.

  Keeper Through and Through.    Despite the rocky start he had arriving on the Source, he was taken in by two women, a Keeper and a Duskwight, known locally for their helping lost or abandoned children. Zai'ra, with his Keeper appearance, was taught their ways. He was gifted a love of the forest, the love of Menphina, and the love of family. Those from the Shroud might have heard of his mothers, Danica and Bella, and maybe even what about his arrival was rocky...

  Of the Seventh Dawn.    After meeting one blonde viera, Zai'ra decided to join the Scions in their crusade to... do whatever it was they did. To be honest, Zai'ra was there for the viera('s aether) and building up a good reputation for himself, which he hoped would bring his mothers an even better reputation. If your character was a Scion or frequently interacted with them, they might know of Zai'ra as a man with an odd sense of humour and some strange hobbies.
